This operational draft describes the current website workflow. It should be reviewed by Gather 242 ownership and legal counsel before the public launch.
The opening list collects a name and email address. Event inquiries may include contact details, organization, preferred dates, guest count, space interests, and planning notes. Chef vendor applications may include business, licensing, operating, menu, equipment, contact, and uploaded-file information. Job applications may include contact details, availability, experience, and interest statements.
Gather 242 uses submissions to send requested opening updates, evaluate event inquiries, review vendor concepts, manage hiring, follow up with submitters, protect the submission process, and maintain internal operational records. Submitting a form does not create a reservation, vendor selection, employment offer, or other commitment.
Submission records and uploaded files are stored in the website’s managed data services. Access is restricted to signed-in, authorized Gather 242 Owner / Admin users and service providers needed to operate the website. Gather 242 does not sell submitted personal information.
Records are retained while they are reasonably needed for the purpose submitted, operational follow-up, legal obligations, and business recordkeeping. Final retention periods and deletion procedures are pending owner and legal review.
To request an opening-list removal or ask about a submitted record, email info@gather242.com. Gather 242 may need to verify the requester before changing or releasing a record.
Gather 242 uses access controls and server-side validation to protect submissions, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated as vendors, hiring, communications, and event operations are finalized.
